CCTV Surveys (including home buyer surveys)
We undertake routine drain condition surveys using our state of the art specialist drainage camera equipment. Our drain condition reports include video footage and photo stills to clearly record defects, that may require remedial work. Each survey will include a detailed site plan, giving locations of drainage runs, and a CD containing the video footage. If remedial works are recommended an estimate of the cost of these works can be provided.
Maintenance, Jetting and Root cutting
If there is a blockage, or the survey shows other issues such as root ingress or scale / fat build-up, we can use our powerful drain jetting and root cutting equipment to clear and clean the pipeline. To avoid these problems, regular maintenance of your drainage system is recommended, and we are happy to provide you with this service.
Lining and rehabilitation
This is probably the area that separates us from our local competition, Drainage Solutions have unparalleled expertise in these areas. It may be that your property is blighted by collapsing pitch fibre drainage pipes use in the 50s, 60s and 70s, or you could be unfortunate enough to have root ingress, cracked or leaky drainage pipes, either way, we can help.
We have the specialist lining equipment, and the local expertise to undertake all domestic underground drainage rehabilitation work. We stock all the lining materials required to complete even the toughest lining and patch repairs, in house.
